Auto-disable for not-found spot colors.

Now, technical channels such as die-lines and varnish are automatically disabled, eliminating the need for manual adjustments. Your packaging proofs are effortlessly refined, with only process and recognized spot colors enabled for a clearer, more accurate representation. Learn More

To ensure we continue delivering world-class personalized support in 2024 and beyond, we’re implementing a few procedures for our dealer partners:
  1. License Administration: Dealers are now responsible for driver swaps, upgrades, and plan changes via the Hub at https://app.printfactory.cloud/.
  2. New Orders: Dealers must enter orders into the system. Account managers can provide training if needed, but we cannot enter orders on your behalf (even if accompanied by a valid purchase order) 
  3. Suspending SaaS Subscriptions: SaaS subscriptions automatically renew 1 working day before expiration. If a customer wants to discontinue, dealers can suspend at any time, with the subscription ending on the last day of the current cycle.
  4. Changes to Plans: Remove drivers or change plan types before renewal to avoid issues. Switching from a yearly plan to a monthly plan in the middle of a subscription cycle is not possible.
  5. Late/Non-Payment of Accounts: Late or non-payment will result in account suspension. Please inform us in advance if you anticipate any payment issues.
  6. Our unique dealer portal offers unprecedented visibility into all customer licenses, putting you in control.
Additionally, our dedicated Dealer Zone, in conjunction with the hub, provides essential dealer-specific content.

Our dedicated account managers are ready to assist you with processing any of the steps mentioned above.

They are available to guide you through the process via a personalized video call and can also provide comprehensive training on utilizing the dealer portal effectively.
